| terrible place
this place was absolutely terrible. they convinced me to get a spa pedicure, thinking it was going to be a relaxing experience. not only did they scrub my feel until they started bleeding, they didn't even treat it like it was a big deal. i was in pain with both feet, and didn't dare to get a manicure afterwards. they didn't take any $ off my total bill, knowing what they had put me thru. i don't suggest anyone go here, you will be very disappointed at their experience. | |

| They do not honor their gift certificates
I received a gift certificate for my birthday and when I went to redeem it, they said that it had expired and they would not honor it. I don't know when it was puchased, and there was no indication on the card that there was any expirarion date. They said that it had expired just a few days ago. This is evidently NOT a reputable business and I encourage everyone to try any of the other thousands of spas in New york as there are many far better ones.
